Brian was just a kid when his dad began teaching him how to fix small engines. But just as important, his dad taught him the skill of explaining what he did and why. This gave Brian the ability to communicate the technicalities of auto repair before he was even able drive. Brian worked for 15 years as a highly trained service manager working with both technicians and customers in a dealership. He loved everything about the work, except the up-selling the dealership was pressuring him to do. So Brian decided to start his own business. Now on his own, Brian’s customers won’t be up-sold services they didn’t come in for. Brian takes honesty and transparency seriously, and that no-pressure relationship is what keeps his customers coming back.
