Had the unfortunate luck of transmission issues 6.5 hours from home on a weekend. Elite was very timely in looking at my Durango and getting an estimate. Opted to have it hauled home to central Wisconsin via a carrier. They were very helpful and accommodating and “Veronica” is on her way back home. Even though they didn’t service my Durango they were helpful in a stressful situation!

The people at this outstanding automotive firm are among the nicest, most talented and thoroughly professional I have ever met in my travels through western America. My recreational camper/trailer was rendered useless by a damaged part and-though they certainly weren’t obligated to make any special arrangements to help me, they did and it saved a significant chunk of my vacation. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderfully they helped me, doing a great job fixing the problem in a very timely manner, with the utmost professionalism and for a reasonable price. Amazing customer service!!! Can't say enough good things about this place! I travel full time and am not local here so when I get a warning light on my dash I like to get it taken care of as quick as possible so I can keep my van in tip top shape and keep traveling. I started by calling the local dealership, who was booked out several weeks and couldn't help me until then, almost everywhere else I tried was the same. Thankfully when I called Elite, they asked how soon I could get here. Not only did they fit me in same day, but they looked at my van immediately! Great service, great staff, and a nice waiting room while you wait on your vehicle. I highly recommend them!

The team at Elite did a great job of caring for my vehicle. When they found some concerning issues during some standard maintenance, the service advisors immediately brought the issue to my attention and offered several solutions to resolve it. They quickly repaired my vehicle, much quicker than was expected, and kept me informed with text messages and photos of what they were finding through the entire process. I will definitely be using Elite again and letting my friends and family know about the wonderful service they offer.
