Over the years I have been to many small shops. I have never had the CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR the knowledge that Brain and the guys have at Elite. I am definitely a lifetime customer. Tell them that the thingamajig on the whatchamacallit is acting up and they will know what's wrong. lol
