I moved to Fargo recently being new in town I needed an auto shop that I trusted with my car I had always had my best friend back home as my mechanic so I was very skeptical about picking a shop because you always hear horror stories about auto problems. When I first started going to Elite I would always call my mechanic friend to get him to go over what I was being told about my car and every time I did he agreed and would then tell me what it would cost at his shop, every time Elite beat my friends shop in price. I have always received great service from Elite and I would highly recommend Elite to anyone who is looking for quality service.

I love these guys. They talk to me like the intelligent human being who doesn't know a ton about cars that I am, and they are always friendly. Great customer service, and they really try to work around your situation if you've been pretty loyal to them. Free popcorn and WiFi are a plus.

I have a F-150 that I am very protective of, so repair shops scare me. But working with Phil and his team, his "family" as they call themselves at Elite was a dream come true. Not just a quote and a yes or no. They figured out what was going on, explained it to me and why it happened, and fixed it for cheaper than I had read diligently online! A+++ from me, Elite forever has my business, I'm glad to be part of your caring Elite family!

This was the single greatest experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop, which most people will think, "well the bar isn't set very high..." BUT, I have to say, I left after bringing my car in, getting it diagnosed, repaired and paid for, feeling incredibly satisfied and with my faith in humanity restored for one more day. I was in Fargo for business (from Minneapolis) and had a meeting at 11am, and then needed to get home to my wife and daughter immediately after the meeting (a 3.5 hour drive). When I left my hotel in the morning, the check engine light came on in my car and it started sputtering and driving poorly, so I stopped at the closest place to me at about 9:30am (not Elite) and they said the quickest they could get it in was after lunch. Didn't help me much so I went in my car to Google other auto shops near me and I luckily stumbled upon and called Elite Auto Center and spoke to one of these owners, Phil, who said he could get my car looked at in about 45 min, so I barely got my car there and from the start it was pure, professional friendliness. Not only did they get my car diagnosed in less than 45 min (faulty engine coil), Phil personally drove me to my meeting in town at 11 while my car was being fixed, and then picked me back up when I was finished, so that I could leave on time and get back home to my family, as if the car troubles never even happened! The price was reasonable and honestly, because of the exceptional, far-better-than-I-could-ever-dream-of-service and courtesy, the price of the repair wasn't even an issue to me. This is auto care of the future, and the way that every experience should and could be, if only other places tried. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else, ever, for my vehicles to be repaired or serviced. Thank you guys, times a thousand!

Where do I even start with these guys?! Best service I've ever had in my short 10 years of driving! They are so inviting and make you feel comfortable and actually explain what they have done at a level you can understand! And the price is something you can smile at everytime! Everytime I need my car in they have gotten me in at my convenience!! HIGHLY recommended from me!!

It is refreshing to go to a shop that cares about the work they do and their customers. I called looking for an alignment for my classic muscle car. Brian and his guys got me in right away! They worked quickly and efficiently at getting the repair done. Being a repair shop owner myself (in the cities), I am very careful about who I let work on my cars. I am glad that I found this shop and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!! Thank you again guys!

The best group of guys, great prices, and fast service done right. This is the best automotive shop to go to in Fargo, and the waiting room is the best with free coffee and popcorn. There is also an area for the kids so they will stay entertained. I can't say enough good things about them so just go there, you won't be disappointed!
