Absolutely WOWED by Elite Automotive Center. Might possibly be the best customer experience in ANY industry I’ve experienced. After a long night of a fussy/feverish baby and a hectic morning with juggling kids by myself, my tire pressure sensor warning came on while on the interstate. My husband was working out of town so I pulled into Elite and Phillip was incredibly kind and welcoming. Right away, he helped us find a cozy spot on a couch—offered to make coffee or grab something else to drink, and assured me that he’d get it figured out and fixed ASAP. Even though they were busy, he immediately took my vehicle and personally found the nail in my tire and patched the hole. Good to go in less than 20 minutes! He then asked if he could help me carry anything, opened all of the doors, and even walked me out to my vehicle, asked which side the baby carrier was on and opened my car door to help me get the baby situated. I’m 100% sure there were many other things he needed to be doing, but he made it clear that the customer always comes first over “business.” He kindly thanked me for trusting their business and offered for me to reach back out if I had any further issues. I also love that on their door, it says, “never settle for standard service.” It’s absolutely clear that’s one of their core values. Highly recommend!
