I went in with issue on a repair done at another Napa shop in SD. the part failed and broke and caused additional damage. the shop in SD basically did nothing to help. and Brian went out of his way. above and beyond. And got Napa to cover the repairs 100%. it ended up to be over $4600 in damage. they all were very helpful. friendly. and tried to keep me informed of the situation. We are from put of town and got to Fargo only to realized we had an extremely low tire on our vehicle. Drove around looking for an air hose and came across Elite Automotive Center. They were more than happy to help us out. Got our vehicle in immediately and made sure all 4 tires had the correct air pressure. Asked how much we owed and were told nothing. Very friendly staff and would stop in again for any service we might need.
