Friendly employees. More knowledgeable than the dealership I used to frequent for work on my 2014 Impala. I was very impressed with Elite. I will recommend them to all of my friends, family, and acquaintances. The written, detailed description of the work done was excellent. Plus, the bill was 200 dollars LESS than their estimate. Dealership work was always more than the quote.
