My first experience with Elite was simply an oil change after receiving a discount coupon in the mail and when I checked in for the oil change, I mentioned to them that I had couple of other issues that I knew that needed to be addressed. They agreed to check these other probable problems at no additional charge and after the oil change they had a detailed list of what they found and the estimated cost of taking care of these needed repairs. I proceeded to have the repairs taken care of and was very pleased with everything they did!! I might add that as a proud Vietnam Vet, they also offer a discount for Veterans!!

The Elite team was very professional, the estimate they provided to replace the power steering high pressure hose was exactly what I paid. They did not try to upsell me on anything for the vehicle and provided a thorough inspection report.
